Rehab Source, PA, a therapy staffing company was established on September 1997 by Edsel and Noemi Pagkanlungan in Naples, Florida. After several years of experience in various clinical settings (ranging from the acute care and rehab department of North Broward Medical Center, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home health care) our patients encouraged us to open an outpatient therapy clinic. On September of 2003 Collier Physical Therapy opened its doors. With the emphasis on one therapist per patient care, we are committed to providing excellent quality health care to restore a quality, active lifestyle.
